Lessons Learned
Balance Client & User Needs
At Centerfield, we worked with several clients and the unique problems they were facing. I learned how it's like to balance both client and user needs within a project and the importance of advocating for users.
Narrative as a Design Element
I learned that using narrative in product design adds context and emotional depth, boosts engagement, and simplifies complex features, making the product more memorable and immersive.
My Impact
Variables & Components
I'm currently working on refining design systems for both client-owned brands and company owned brands. Due to constant change in legal copy, using more vriables & components are allowing for more efficient design updates and dev handoffs.
Increasing Conversion Metrics
Designed & tested for a major owned & operated site which resulted in an increase of 27% in click-through rates, 8% landing page calls, and 12% in total engagement.
