At Centerfield, we work with several clients and the unique problems they're facing. I learned how it's like to balance both client and user needs within a project and the importance of advocating for users.

I learned that using narrative in product design adds context and emotional depth, boosts engagement, and simplifies complex features, making the product more memorable and immersive.

My Impact

Variables & Components
I'm currently working on refining design systems for both client-owned brands and company owned brands. Due to constant change in legal copy, using more variables & components are allowing for more efficient design updates and dev handoffs.

Increasing Conversion Metrics

Designed & tested for major owned & operated sites, resulting in an overall test success rate of 74% + an increase of 27% in click-through rates, 52% in SPV
