CUSTOMER ACQUISITION
Centerfield is a digital media company dedicated to helping businesses supercharge and scale their customer acquisition efforts. Utilizing an internal platform, the company leverages search, display, and other channels to engage leads early in the buyer journey, from initial touch point to conversion. In my current role at Centerfield, I’m working on designing and optimizing both B2B and B2C sites across all viewports and running A/B tests to validate designs.
In this case study, I'll be sharing the process behind optimizing the landing page (LP), lead flow, and thank you page (TYP) experience for Viasat Internet Services (nonbrand user traffic and competitor keywords) to improve conversion rate.
